I have been waiting a long time to get the product, but one of the keycaps is missing : ' 9 (' keycap does not come. I called Help Center, but I received only macro-like answers. So I'm writing here.
How can I get a missing keycap?

if you cant find one there i have an extra one that has a backwards parentheses for german layouts but it should still match without being too noticeable
