Functionality a Problem
Once the buckle position is set the first time the stiff material sets and it is impossible to adjust to a tighter position -the buckle just slips back to the original.

PHDGWhen this happens, use an iron on the lowest setting, no steam, with a hand towel between as to not touch the belt directly with the iron. Do several firm passes. Don't hold too long in one spot, as nylon can melt with enough direct heat. Not 100% effective for long held groves, but will help reduce newly set groves.

LostabroadThat’s fine if your idea of fun is ironing a nylon belt once a week. I think this just underscores the fact that it is a poor design concept.

PHDGYou never mentioned adjusting once a week in your original post. I wouldn't have mentioned it had you said that. Why are you adjusting an EDC belt once a week? I don't think you can fault the design just because it doesn't suit your particular need. For me, it's a gun belt. I'll probably never adjust it again past initial set, which I originally got wrong but ironed it out.
