I have a DACport Slim from the previous drop. Getting it working on one of my Windows machines (8.1) with the universal driver (7.4.18) was very easy and worked first time. However a different Windows (8) machine with the same driver refuses to recognise the DACport. The Device Manager reports it as "Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)"
What troubleshooting steps are required to help resolve the issue? Can I please get in contact with a CEntrance representative.
