a month into ownership and the contacts that receive the headphone input are already fucked up. anyone have tips for fixing / replacing that or getting my headphone cable to sit at the exact angle needed to make the connections to the device to give me stereo? otherwise i have to have the whole assembly in my lap and not breathe

soundhasmassThe same thing literally just happened to mine today. the output jack on the dacport slim seems really loose, and i have to push down on the cable in the jack to get sound. it's definitely the output, because i've tried multiple headphones and data cables.

soundhasmassSo i opened it up and sure enough, the output jack is super loose. really disappointed, as like you i have only had it for a month. I'm going to try and tape down the output jack, but will probably end up sending it to centrance to get it fixed.

Tman450i have to bend my cord 180 degrees back and tape it at some super super high tension to make sure everything contacts, and even then, it wiggles out of stereo more often than it holds. it's really jarring and makes me shy away from using the computer at all, because i know it's just going to be 30 minutes of me going "fuck!" and jostling a cable lmao

soundhasmasssame, it's more trouble than it's worth to try and listen through. I sent a support ticket to Massdrop. I can't find centrance support :/
