Just received my unit but no luck with windows 10 at all :( recognizes the device but no sounds going through...
Also noticed that the switch for gain is really deep into the unit - i.e. I can't move the switch with my finger...have to stick a paper clip or something similar to move the switch...
Anybody else experiencing the same thing?

lightvuI'm thinking the switch placement was intentional so it isn't easy to accidentally move it. For most people it should be a set it and forget it situation.

lightvuUse the micro usb to flip the switch back and worth.
SomeTechNoobA toothpick works great to flip the switch -- it doesn't scratch the aluminum.
