Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. I don't know about the Samsung YPP. but if it can connect to devices out of the usb connection, it should work.
I am actually really surprised that digital coaxial isn't supported by the HiFi-M8, but I guess I don't use it that much -- I prefer using an optical toslink cable instead, and would rather have the optical toslink rather than the digital coaxial.
If you need a DAC / amp that supports the digital coaxial, optical toslink, line level input (for just using the amp section), and supports USB, I might recommend looking at the Leckerton Audio UHA-6S.mkii, which is also on InnerFidelity's Wall of Fame.
