Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone order from Canada? Mine has been stuck in Canadian Customs in Quebec for a week now! :(
Contacted support, and they ask me to contact Canada Post, but all I get are automated menus. I'm not sure what is hold the item, and I'm not sure what I can do.
Any suggestions on what I should do?

I just got an email from David McRell from CEntrance, Inc. He attached me a newer driver "VERSION 7.4.9", I installed in my work computer (Windows 7) and it works!, I'll try this night in my home computer (Windows 8).
David said he is going to updated the driver at CEntrance website download page shortly.

ricardoantonIt'd be nice if shortly meant now, since I'm running into the same issue. I would have thought that since this has been out for a few months, others would have tried and encountered the same issue, thus the update should already be on the website.

Got my Mini M8 yesterday and is not recognized by my work (Windows 7) and home (Windows 8) computers, I installed the Centrance Driver already. I email Cantrance (No Reply yet) so far my Mini M8 its a very expensive paperweight :(

Just got a UPS Surepost email about a package from Massdrop... 5 pounds too. Everything else I have coming in from Massdrop isn't scheduled to ship for another week or so.
Edit: Looks like this may have been premature, since I now know that this particular tracking number started in Ohio...

Too bad I stopped looking at this drop on the day it came out. Had I known then that $399 was an option I would have signed up for that.
I missed out. :(
Hopefully it will drop again.

Got confirmation from the vendor earlier today. These are scheduled to ship from them first thing Friday! Once these are on the way I will forward tracking info to our warehouse team so they will be standing by ready to get these orders packed and ready to go for you when they arrive at our warehouse in New Jersey.
Rest assured that once these arrive with us fulfillment will be handled very quickly.

Quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the CEntrance Mini-M8 shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you all with updated information on the status of your package.
Expect an update from us on 2/24 or sooner.
