Is there any reason to buy these over Anker 40Ws or Sabrents 60Ws?

bookChargeHub benefits over Anker 40W: 1. ChargeHub is a Best of CES Award-Winning product. 2. ChargeHub has 7 USB Ports compared to Anker’s 5 USB Ports. 3. ChargeHub has 44 W / 8.8 amps total compared to Anker’s 40 W / 8 amps total. 4. ChargeHub’s ports are spread out around the device that allows for unique, clutter-free charging. Anker’s USB Ports stacked on top of each other, making it unable to utilize short cables and maintain and neat and organized space. 5. ChargeHub includes a 3.5” Micro to USB Cable, as well as offers other short cables for sale for all devices; even Apple MFi certified ones that are convenient in size. 6. ChargeHub is customizable online for FREE and Anker is not. 7. Anker is top-heavy and tips over easily when a cable is plugged-in/pulled out. 8. Anker cannot be used mobily, such as in a car, boat, RV or airplane. ChargeHub has an option for a Vehicle Power Cable, as well as International Travel Kit for use virtually anywhere. 9. ChargeHub offers 2 color/2 shapes to accent any environment compared to Anker’s 1 color/shape. 10. ChargeHub has an adjustable LED underglow effect for ease of use in the dark. 11. ChargeHub is FCC and UL/cUL certified compared to Anker only UL certified, which is not fit for most retailer’s specifications.

NeatFreakOut of curiosity, are you the vendor? Or the manufacturer of the product?
BTW to endorse your own posts on Massdrop does not help you here.

bookDo either of these have safety requirements from FCC or UL? I have the Anker 60w that does not show either and when I plug several products in - mostly phones and tablets, it gets too hot and actually burnt out my cord!! Anything I buy in the future will have a greater emphasis on safety...

Darth_VaderGreat question. The ChargeHub is both FCC certified and UL listed, so that would never happen. Too bad about your cord, maybe you should try and get your money back with their warranty?
