brenoinojosaFirst off, thank you for your order! I hope you enjoy your ChargeHub! We actually do not ship directly from our warehouse. Massdrop has a stock that they sort and ship to each customer. Long story short, reach out to Massdrop and let them know you forgot to add your apartment number, and they will change the Ship To information when they receive the unit back! Please feel free to reach out again if there are any issues.

brenoinojosaI think there may have been a miscommunication here as Massdrop can not change the destination address of a package in transit. In your case it would have to be delivered back to Massdrop before we can change the address and resend the package.
