NikeHave you used one at all? I got my used Hugo a week or so ago at relatively good price and the most outstanding piece of equipment I've ever had which cost well above the price of the Hugo. Yes, it's got it's quirks, but if anything it adds to the uniqueness of the device.

StoneBacon^^ As they said. Also, check out the many reviews of the Chord. It's considered one of the best higher end dac/amps available outside of the Chord II

jrw1I have and I can certainly say at $1.2k it's a definite bargain. Though at the original retail price you can certainly do better. Either way, I feel Hugo and Massdrop is not a good fit, people on here are entry audiophiles, and this is not entry.
