Hi. I need help and would welcome any comments.
Like many of the contributors here in this discussion, I ordered a Chord Mojo from Massdrop (i.e. the recent one). From the various contributors, I notice that the present issue (i.e. Chord disavowing warranty over Mojo's purchased via Massdrop) has been going on for some time ... early 2016?
Could anyone of the previous Mojo buyers indicate if their purchases were not up to the mark or in anyway faulty or caused them to regret the purchase or caused them to return their purchases to Mojo. That's to say that if previous buyers of the Mojo were disgruntled, what were they disgruntled about?
I am trying to decide whether I should cancel my order ... And, if previous buyers were merely uncomfortable about the warranty issue, I might stay the cancellation & keep the Mojo... My other purchase from Massdrop have been very good experiences.

InsingaporeI just plugged my recently aquired Mojo from the last drop.. After 3 hours of listening, there is one major flaw. The micro-USB input is loose and constantly disconnects from the DAP... So annoying! I hope I can return it, but just started looking into this today... :(

SStasSStas, in the first part I would thank you for sharing.
I am hoping that your Mojo unit's defect is looked into .... after all, Massdrop's one (1) year warranty would apply (- fingers crossed).
Do let me know how it goes. It would benefit all in this forum - we would all like to know the worth of that Massdrop warranty.

InsingaporeMD offered a full refund, we'll see and i'll update once that happens. Too bad, as ive always wanted a Chord product, and the Mojo really seems well built and fun, but i paid nearly the same as retail after Fx and duty, so i mind as well buy another locally.... now that i think about it, i will be out $50 in duty and VAT after a return and refund, which sucks big time... 🙁

KimnguanMy package is on route with UPS now. I expect a full refund. I can confirm once that happens.

SStasFull refund. No issues, and very poliet and professional about the experience. Out the VAT, but I’m not fussed about it.
