The velcro on my shoulder straps began to fray and the stitching came out - the end result is the velcro is starting to become separated from the shoulder strap.
The bag barely lasted a year before it started falling apart.

Its a great bag but I must say, its HUGE. I had no idea. Its not very thick or anything but it is extremely tall.
