Color Negative Film

Prepared from the same motion-picture film stock used by top cinematographers around the world, this CineStill film offers exciting new options for today’s still photographers. First, there’s the 50Daylight, considered by some to be the world’s finest-grain film with unrivaled highlight latitude, dynamic color rendition, and excellent sharpness. Then, there’s the 800Tungsten film, designed for difficult, low-light tungsten situations and great for achieving a variety of looks in other conditions, too.

Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice between the 50Daylight Fine-Grain (ISO 50) Film and the 800Tungsten High-Speed (ISO 800) Color Film. Each contains three film cartridges with 36 exposures apiece.

About Processing

Original fresh stock from Kodak 50D, the 50Daylight has been prepped and rolled for clean, safe C-41 standard development as an ISO 50 film in a photo lab or at home, and can also be processed by hand in ECN-2 chemistry without worrying about Remjet. The 800Tungsten emulsion is optimized for a hybrid workflow and ideal for scanning. Treat it as a high-speed ISO 800 film when processing in C-41 and push process whenever needed up to ISO 3200.
