FYI, my watch came with the wrong owner's manual. You can do a google search of the model number to get a download of the correct owners manual. In short, if you need to change the DAY on the watch, the only way to do so is to turn the dial in position 2 (all the way out) CLOCKWISE until the correct day is shown. They day will change on the face anytime between 12AM and 5AM. Once the day is set, you can set the TIME clockwise or counter clockwise while still in position 2. The DATE is set in position 1 (halfway out), by turning the dial COUNTERCLOCKWISE. I hope this helps.
