I just now got my package for this drop, but when I got to where the watch should be, it was just an empty box. All of the packaging is there, but the watch isn't. What happened?
wigsterHmm, that's definitely a problem! Reach out to support@massdrop.com and they will make sure you're taken care of. Note that they are currently working through a lot of orders from Black Friday so there will be a small delay in there response, but they will definitely fix this. Thanks!
