NJEchezabalSince this is a solar charging watch, the battery might be empty. Try setting it under direct sunlight for at least an hour and it should start ticking.

ChristopherJThe minute hand is completely limp, and does not move with the rest of the arms. It's completely loose and shifts whenever I physically move the watch
