azraelsbladeIt's a dress watch. Most dress watches don't have lume, not to mention this is a Swiss Made automatic chronograph and those usually fetch upwards of $1000+

QuasarTNo,  not a dress watch. But, a nice retro, no need for lume. Turkey has a long history of railroad watches. That seems to be the theme. Claude Bernard is a sister company of Edox, well known in Switzerland. The movement is DD 2040, very reputable, the case is probably made in Asia, the same as with majority of other labels. Pricewise fantastic bargain, you would not see it again.

ashahidiLumination - the ability for the markers and hands to glow in the dark. It is usually accomplished by the application of special "paint". Some companies use tiny vials of ever so slightly radioactive material.
