My watch arrived defective. The chronograph isn't working. It just keeps spinning. Top button has a crunchy feel and the bottom one doesn't press in at all. Instead of stopping, every press of the top button jumps the hand forward a couple of seconds and it keeps spinning. Waiting on a response from support.

sufficedmeteorDid you ever get one? I had to jump through hoops to even get in touch with someone through email. Then they said that my watch looks okay and they won’t refund my money.

dan-themanSupport sent me an RMA and shipping label. No manufacturer's warranty so they'll be issuing a refund.

sufficedmeteorThey sent me the same thing today. I was just sitting down to start the legal process of getting my money back when they sent the message. This has not been an experience I’d like to repeat again.
