This is all I get now when I click the Track Package link in the transactions page: Internal Server Error!
Can someone please let us know which carrier is being used to ship these items in Canada so I can just use their website to track from.

This is starting to get a little frustrating.
Part of the thrill of ordering things online (to me anyhow) is the ability to track it and watch it make its way into your hands. Perhaps it shouldn't be but to some of us it is.
Not only does www.packagetrackr.com fail to recognize the carrier but even after determining this is being sent from Canpar, courtesy of https://track.aftership.com/, Canpars tracking system doesn't display anything aside from "No tracking results available for this Barcode".
To top that off all I've been reading about Canpar is horror stories. I honestly don't recall ever having them deliver an item I've ordered online so I don't have any first hand experience with them but it certainly doesn't instill any confidence. Add to that the inability to track it and that confidence level goes down a few more levels.

Canpar most likely did not pick up the package on Friday because of the large volume of packages we had. Some might have not been picked up at all. They will be picked up today and if it is not updated we will follow up with Canpar directly and then get back to you. No need to worry at all! Thanks!

Clutch Chairz@B.Hutch So I just spoke with Canpar and they said the drivers go there everyday but nothing was picked up yesterday because nothing was ready to ship....no clue what's going on but this is the info they gave me as of 10:15 AM Feb. 28th.

The main reason I need tracking info is because I'm not home during the day so I need to make arrangements with a family member or friend to be available on the actual day it's being shipped. I'm not familiar with Canpar's policies about missed deliveries so I'm just trying to avoid that.
Plus, I'm anxious to put my butt on your product ;) lol

Are you in Canada as well? Do you know who your carrier is? If you do you may be able to call them to get some info.
I'm anticipating delivery tomorrow since they picked it up from a city (Concord, Ontario) that's just an hour away from me . But, I have no idea how Canpar handles delivery to smaller towns and I have no indication from them, at this point, that it will deliver tomorrow. So far the tracking hasn't updated from being picked up from the shipper just under 8 hours ago. I assume I'll get it sometime this week. I figure tracking details will update tonight during sorting or when offloaded.

ZGUnlimitedAh, my guess is it's also with Canpar. Did you try using their website to track it? My tracking # started with a D followed by 21 digits.
Or you could call them and press 0 to talk to a operator. They might be able to offer assistance as well.
Mine also got picked up yesterday afternoon and is out for delivery today since, as mentioned before, I'm literally an hour away from their terminal.
