I've been typing on my full-sized Code at work for two days now and prefer it infinitely to my Varmilo. That keyboard is still a great compromise for mech/bluetooth use, but the practicality, reliability and aesthetics aren't in the same league as the Code (for me at least). I also prefer the MX Clears to the set on my Varmilo. I grew up playing a piano with stiff action, so I appreciate the pushback. I can hear the ping people talk about on the backspace and space bar: it's a perfect A# on my Code, so the pitch doesn't bother me. In fact, I rather like the industrial sound of the metallic tone and the slow decay of the note, as if you're listening to a metal pipe being tapped with a stick in a wet room like a garage or warehouse. If you fancy metal sounds and reverb, you might not need O ring dampeners.
If the Code came in bluetooth (or some dongle worked really well with it) and there were a white version, I'd order a TKL with greens as my second.
