And what are the differences between a WASD and a CODE? It seems the former gives customized keyset option, while the latter offers backlit feature. But anything else?
Actually I've found the answer myself. http://support.wasdkeyboards.com/customer/portal/articles/1438513-wasd-v2-vs-code I am a bit surprised that WASD V2 is only of single layer PCB. I am not sure what exactly single/dual layer means, but I've heard FILCO uses dual layers and claims to be the best PCB in mechanical keyboard filed.

vaxus7Single vs dual layer pcb does not affect quality in any way, dual layer is more expensive but has twice the room. Twice the room makes more room for traces, and makes it easier to have LEDs. You could even have more than two layers, but the pcb in a keyboard is really large, so more layers is not necessary.
The material of the pcb, thickness, circuit design and and production process is a what matters on a keyboard pcb.
Note: I do not have any pcb related education. I just like electronics and have it as a hobby.
