Made the mistake of trying to find an answer at CS site. What a mess! Oh, and DUALING STEVES! I was NOT expecting that...
Anyways, they don't seem to have an "XL" version listed, search results return 6" blade HO I.
So, what's the difference between HO I and HO I XL? (Besides $8...)

SpecialEdThese knives are listed a couple ways. The Cold Steel Hold Out I (6" Blade, XL), Cold Steel Hold Out II (4" Blade, L) and the Cold Steel Hold Out III (3" blade, S). The current versions offered here use the premium Carpenter CTS-XHP blade steel. I checked it out and the XL designation simply means the Hold Out I. Cold Steel called the large version the XL initially. This may have been as they transitioned from AUS8 to CTS-XHP. Additionally, these knives are available in serrated and plain edge. Though I prefer plain edge, serrated blade are also handy and they cut fibrous material better and retain a working edge longer, which makes sense when you consider the serrated cutting edge is actually longer with the same blade length. When I plan to cut down thick vines and weeds that laugh at the weed eater and plain edge blades, I use a combo or fully serrated blade.

ScottieGI can't decide if my favorite part of this video is where the tip of the abused knife appears to shatter...or if my favorite part is a company focusing their intention on including a skinhead wearing a brown shirt with a red/black logo prominently displayed.
Maybe because CA knife laws are maybe the only sane CA laws, I can't help but be attracted to these giant folders. If I was going to add something like this, I'd have to go with the AUS8A because the price has dropped, discontinued, and a giant folder is unlikely to see much use from me. Fairly certain the ones I have now are new in box. Oh, and green is a nice option to offer, but should never be the only option.
