Am I missing something, or can you only get 27 GB of memory when using a 64 GB micro SD card? I using a SanDisk SDXC, and when I formatted in the Colorfly C3, it would only give me 27.4 GB. I took it out and after reformatting in my PC, the card capacity was 59 GB. I put it back in the Colorfly, and it wouldn't read it, you have to format the cards using the Colorfly, and it will only give me 27 GB. Anyone find a way around this? Not sure I would have bought it if I knew I'd only get 27 GB per card.

ScottyBThus far the only things that *MIGHT WORK* are -sandisk recommended sdformatter4/ Or RidgecropConsultants-fat32format-BUT I think it is either A.) The cards themselves or B.) Colorfly spec'd them to accept 64gb cards , which only the 8GB inernal memory version does.. At this point I'm fairly sure the 4gb version onlhy accepts 32gb sdcards max scotttyB

KG1O1Thanks for the ideas. I do have the 8 GB version, and I've tried sdformatter4, but the Colorfly still considered the card unformatted. So far I haven't been able to get the Ridgecrop formatter to work. At this point, I'd like to hear from somebody who has actually gotten their Colorfly to recognize a card without having to format it in the Colorfly, before I put much more effort into it. I'm still very disappointed with the memory size, but for the price, it has been a good introduction to high quality DAP, as the Colorfly does sound really good. Once you hear CD quality FLAC files through the Colorfly, it's hard to be satisfied with ACC on an ipod.

ScottyBOnly card I know works fine at 64gb is pny high not ultra, and yeah true bit for bit flac 24/96 or 196 are pretty awesome.. As well as less space than a 1:1wav rip/on-the-go copy besides the dynamics and such pretty much fair equal replacement.. Anyone with sandisk cards beware it also is prone to 'break you sd slot' Evo cards supposedly work okay but many MANYYYY knockoffs of them going around, not pny I don't think nor sandisk not anywhere near as much anyways as sammies smh

ScottyBWell, I came to the comments to ask if this really only accepted up to 64GB cards (since I use a 128GB in the DAP I already have). If it accepted larger then I might have joined the drop, but I guess I won't...
