Pawnerd@Pawnerd i have tried 2 different cables and i am unable to upload my keybinds any help? also i am having difficulty removing the keycaps is it built to not have the keycaps removed?

Bobbyman5506Keycaps should be removed using a keypuller. These were manually placed on the keycap. Since new keycaps have a tight fit, it could become easier to remove them over time. The configurator did have some issues during the last few days. This should be fixed by now. If you are still having issues, you can contact us at support@alltrons.com and I would love to help you further promptly. Edit: The issue was an expired SSL certificate between the frontend and backend server. Frontend sends your configuration to the backend server which compiles the keymap into a hex file. This hex file is then sent back to the frontend which pushes it to your windows/mac app. The connection of sending the hex file back to the frontend was broken, which caused the app to keep waiting for a compiled version. This should usually take 5 seconds max.
