I was intrigued for a moment & then realized my current keyboard is from the same company. It's mostly ok, but the usb connection has gotten wonky - I have to unplug and replug it in every morning to make it work.

CyberHippyI had this same problem on my CM Storm, but I replaced the cord and it worked good as new! Might be worth a try!

CyberHippyHello CyberHippy, the most common fail point on all keyboards from any manufacturer is the cable. We combat this issue in some boards by having removable cables. Hopefully by replacing the board it'll work! If you're still under warranty you can always contact our customer service :)

CyberHippyI have a really similar issue. I have the CM Pro L RGB and once a week or so the backlighting will just turn off, except for a few seemingly random keys (maybe 5-10% of them stay lit). I have to unplug and plug it back in, and then it works fine. Other than that, I love the keyboard. Stock keycaps weren't great, but I had planned to replace them from the beginning. Mostly I like that it's a normal looking keyboard without any extra features, a standard layout, and a good price. Still, the unplugging thing while not much of an inconvenience is enough for me to consider seeing if CM will warranty it before I'm out of the warranty period (in case it's a symptom of a problem that will get worse). For anyone wondering after reading this, I'd definitely recommend it and I got mine from Amazon for the same reasons anyone else would.
