I used one of these for quite a while; I strongly recommend it if you use the numpad on a regular basis and want the more ergonomic placement of sub 104 boards; i.e. your mouse hand not being way off to the right. The build quality is fantastic, access to the plate and PCB good; if you want to swap the switches for more esoteric ones; it's pretty easy to desolder them as there's no components next to the pads etc... Much better build quality than random chinese ones for not much more of a price. And, while it's not stock ANSI/ISO, the layout is usually catered for by most keycap sets, at most one extra kit is required.
So, solid no nonsense mechanical, or a good base to build your bespoke mechanical on - if you are outside the USA, it's probably the cheapest price you will get as the shipping cost is extremely reasonable.
TL;DR - solid board at a solid price, about the only affordable one if you need a numpad - phD students pay attention ;-)
