Bought one at BestBuy, it was a comfortable fit even after hours, LEDs worked fine. Had to use the USB dongle for audio, could not use the cord for it. I experienced distortions, cutting out, and random noise (from less than 6 feet away) . Installed the software, 64-bit driver signed by Microsoft was not installed because the signing certificate had expired (tried disabling driver enforcement, changing GPO settings, etc nothing worked (fresh clean build of win7), resolved by installing the 32-bit driver manually. Upgraded the firmware to try to resolve the cut outs, random noises, etc; had to find a paperclip to hit a tiny button inside the dongle that gave no indication it was pressed, three attempts later pressing a lot harder than I felt comfortable, it did give way and did successfully reset the dongle. None of the performance issues were resolved. The Logitech speakers that I bought have had zero problems and cost less. Final thoughts: If the headset could work over usb/headphone/cable (not wireless) ,if there was valid 64-bit driver support that isn't signed with an expired certificate, of if they resolved the audio quality issues for the wireless dongle, I might give this another go.
