A three-axis handheld gimbal stabilizer with 360-degree rotation along all three axes, the Zhiyun Crane will help you take your filming to the next level. It’s designed primarily for compact mirrorless cameras weighing up to 2.65 pounds and comes with an attachable lens support for longer lenses. Powered by three 32-bit MCUs running in parallel at 4 kHz, it uses a simple thumbscrew attachment for quick setup and has a four-way stepless joystick for switching between modes. You can control your Crane wirelessly via the built-in Bluetooth connection and Zhiyun’s iOS/Android app, and pair it with a monopod, tripod, or other support gear using the 1/4” and 3/8" integrated threaded mounting hole. The Crane runs for 10 to 12 hours on the included 2*26500 battery. Plus, it’s been recently updated with a universal quick-release plate for fast balance adjustment and an integrated panel design for more convenient camera operation.
Note: At checkout, choose the Crane V2 (base price) or the Crane-M (- $50).
The smaller, lighter version of the Crane, the Crane-M is designed for small mirrorless cameras, smartphones, and action cameras weighing up to 1.4 pounds. It has all the features of the original, plus a few improvements. Brushless motors offer high accuracy while maintaining low vibration and increasing torque, and each one has a magnetic encoder and advanced stabilization algorithms to ensure accuracy. Featuring a quick-release plate and thumbscrew at the mounting platform, the Crane-M balances easily without tools, and all three axes can be quickly adjusted to your preference. Four modes allow the camera to stay still no matter how you move the handle, follow your pan movements, follow pan and tilt movements, and switch to inverted use. The Crane-M runs for approximately 12 hours on the included battery.
