After a year my E5's battery start swollen.... Should I fix it myself or contact Massdrop?

NEX0NHaha! this happened to me yesterday! it seems Creative's electronics are bugged when it comes to managing the battery. Now I'm at their mercy.

NEX0NWelp that sucks, sent email to massdrop they just 'noped' out of it: "sorry 30 day return policy only". Not buying sensitive electronics from massdrop and creative products every again. (Sent email to creative like 10 days ago still no response)
