Not sure if buying this will be significant to my build/setup. I've got the ASUS Rampage IV Formula which has the SupremeFX, and I'm using Logitech Z-5300 speakers. (So I'd need to buy an RCA-3.5mm adapter for surround sound.) Won't benefit me with my headset since it goes through a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. Won't benefit me with my HTC Vive audio since it goes through USB and the breakout box. So literally the only thing that will plug into these are my speakers, and I don't think I'll even notice any difference. (Processor is an i7-4930k so I don't have audio issues with CPU.)
Can anyone prove me wrong here?

lm794SupremeFX? You mean like when they paint a red line on the motherboard? You can get the zxR for just the surround, but that's all you'd really be getting. It'll easily replace the 2i2 if you swap the opamps, although the sound will differ.

GrassMudHorseI mainly use my headset and 2i2 as a studio mic recorder, not really for actual audio in gaming or anything so it wouldn't be a useful replacement. The real question is if it'll make an actual difference to my Logitech Z-5300 sound or not.
