So, my Katana arrived yesterday and.... What a let down! Firstly, the hiss coming from the soundbar speakers is to me intolerable! I use Optical mode and IMO i should not hear any background hiss unless i put my ear to the speaker. I sit about 60cm away from the soundbar and I can hear a loud hiss. It's not my setup, I did not have this issue with a set of Monitor Audio 2.1 speakers or Razer Leviathan. Also in 'computer' mode, why is there a static pop sound when the unit goes in to 'mute' mode because music or sound has stopped playing. VERY ANNOYING! TBH, the biggest issue for me is the hiss. Guys, try Bluetooth and pair a device. Listen to the voice telling you that pairing was successful, you will hear the hiss and static pop that I am on about. Very very disappointed.

mikeyoThe popping noise between cycling presets can be annoying and happens sporadically to me. My main issue is that every few weeks my optical input just starts popping randomly and I need to blow out the cable and ports with compressed air.

mikeyoI think it's best you contact their customer support. Maybe you got a bad unit or it got damaged through shipping?
