Hey guys!! For those who have the popping problem and don't know how to fix it, found a solution!! If your motherboard has a USB Type C , just buy a Type C to USB adapter from Amazon or whatever, doesn't matter if it's USB 3.0 ( it will work) and just plug it in vie the adapter into the Type C!! The popping stopped and now i can enjoy the soundbar even more!! Sucks to have it pop but USB audio interface sucks sometimes. Hope I helped some of you. I live how the system sounds and i recommend this product! ( Bought mine from Amazon, not here, but a lot of people here have been saying they have problems so I registered to help you out! Hope it helps!!)
Bunniescanfly2We're investigating this solution as well on our end to verify. Thanks for putting this suggestion here.

DigitalRonynIt just did my head in woundering what to do about that popping... It's not what you want when you spend 230 pounds on a sound system. But then again not your fault, USB interface is quite tricky and has problems on it's own. I did everything I know about PCs and audio and nothing worked until I decided to try that out and for 3.99 it's done. Maybe in the future if that seems to be a solution you can include it ( the adapter) in the package for people to know! But the product on it's own is amazing and I love it so much!!!!!

Bunniescanfly2Looks amazing! And thanks again for the heads up on this. We are definitely investigating. More often than not the culprit has been outdated USB drivers. We've made significant changes to our drivers to adapt to the various...ahem..interesting implementations and interpretations (and liberties) made by different motherboard makers on the USB spec as well. So getting new information definitely helps us continue to improve the experience for everyone.

DigitalRonynI just received mine and believe to have a similar issue. Ever so often there seems to be a crack or loud squeek that interrupts the audio.
palusastraMake sure your USB drivers are up to date. LOTS of older drivers weren't optimized for the USB audio spec in Windows (it's changed with the latest Win10 build).
If you can send me your system spec as well that would be awesome. socialmedia@creativelabs.com
