I love the design of this knife. It's lighter and more gentle (the feel, not the blade -- the blade's still pretty stabby) than I expected.
I have two gripes with it: 1) It doesn't lock into place as, let's say "dramatically," as I want it to. There is little tactile difference between flipping it partially open versus all the way open. It feels like it's just barely locked open.
2) The clip bent easily. In the process of repositioning myself on a couch, the clip on my back pocket briefly caught on something (the seam on the cushion?) before releasing with a nice metal twang. Unfortunately this was enough to bend the clip on my knife slightly, and it's now too loose in my pocket for me to keep carrying it. I'm disappointed that the clip was malleable enough for me to bend on accident. I'm surprised it didn't just pull the knife out of my pocket. I haven't fixed it yet, but I think the only solution is to take the clip off, bend it back by hand, reattach it, and hope it doesn't happen again.
In comparison, my Kershaw Zing has stood up to a lot more and I've had minimal issues with it. I still like the Eros. It's really quite a nice knife, but I wish I couldn't damage it so easily.
