I'm just curious how the shipping calculation works. Why intl. shipping of 1.3 oz knife (and I don't beleive it's came in big wooden box) costs $13 while, for example shipping of shoes - $17.83 ( https://www.massdrop.com/buy/buday-oxfords ) or Roccat Suora Frameless Mechanical Keyboard Bundle ( https://www.massdrop.com/buy/roccat-suora-frameless-mechanical-keyboard ) -$15.
