Designed to meet the specific requests of coalition forces overseas, the CRKT Shinbu stands out for its nearly 10-inch trailing-point blade. Like a mini sword of sorts, the fixed blade is made for those times when firearms fail—times that designer James Williams knows all too well, as he’s got 50 years’ experience in the army, special operations, and martial arts sectors. The blade is made from high-carbon YK-30 steel with a satin finish that gleams in the light. The long, tapered tip grind is delivers maximum slashing power and penetration. Wrapped in paracord, the handle won’t slip out of your hands, even during combat. To ensure it won’t slide off your belt or pack, there’s a kydex sheath, too. Each knife is packaged in a wooden presentation box, which can also be used for storage when you’re not using the knife.
Note: Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we can only ship this knife to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
