MrSharkbaitI have the fountain pen and it is excellent. It is a bit high on girth but still quite comfortable. In my opinion it is the best pen Cross has ever produced. BTW the nib is from Sailor.
MrSharkbaitI have two - one in extra fine and one in medium. I absolutely love both of them. The Peerless is a a thicker but shorter version of the Townsend (my favorite pen). It's well balanced posted and not, and the Sailor nib is fantastic - a wet writer with a little feedback. I don't know how comfortable it would be for small hands though - it's definitely a chunky pen. I would sign up for this drop if I didn't already have the medalist Peerless.
MrSharkbaitI have the the medium point Peerless 125
fountain pen and a matching rollerball that I've been using as my go to pens for the last 3 or 4 years. They feel great in your hand and are a real joy to use. The barrel is nice and thick and not at all slippery and offers superb control. The pen also wears well and resists scratches.
MrSharkbaitI've got one with a medium nib and it's a very nice writing pen (as expected since the nib is made by Sailor). It's a hefty pen in both weight and thickness but not so much so that it's uncomfortable. It definitely has a nice, substantial feel to it and the overall finishing is excellent.
