Does couple questions: does the fragrance lean more towards subtle or overwhelming? Just as an example, I'm a fan of the Proraso sandalwood; pleasant and but not to strong. I usually avoid post shave products with alcohol. I usually just use an alcohol-free witch hazel toner. How does this fare? Does it tend to sting a lot?

anakinThe scent of the products are subtle -- it's a light, clean scent on the citrus-y side. As for the alcohol, it makes up a very small percentage of the whole formula. There is absolutely no burning or sting.

There's not much information about this product online. I bought it the last time it dropped and am enjoying using both products. My only wish: would be more convenient to use the product if the bottles had a little plastic insert in the neck to prevent the liquid from spilling out so rapidly.

The Post Shave Tonic does need to be shaken before each use to help blend the essential oils. We like to keep our products simple and free of harsh chemicals/emulsifiers -- a small trade-off, if you ask us! :)
