Which springs would I need to get to have a (close to) MX Brown feel with MX Clear stems? I don't want to go too low and have them feel sticky, but the Clears are definitely too stiff for me.

pocketdrummerIIRC mx clears have a bigger tactile bump than browns. With heavier springs your browns will feel like clears with a smaller bump.

Der_Verruckte_FuchsI have clears now. The problem is that they're too stiff. I'd like it to feel more like browns with a bigger bump. I've just read that they can start to stick if you go too low.

pocketdrummerAh, I misread and got it backwards. I'm seeing 45-50g is typically what browns are like. Depends on how its measured. For whatever reason only clicky and linear comparisons are listed. Having tactile switches part of the list would make it easier. Either the 35g or 45g should do it I think. I don't think there are any springs lighter than what gets put into browns or reds. Clears are at 65g I think. 45g Should be a safe bet I think to avoid the stickiness.

You're basically looking to make ergo clears, since those are clear switches modded with lighter springs.
