Hey everyone, we are currently still talking to Topre about this drop and we are bringing up a lot of points that were made here in the discussion.
Topre is checking things out now but with the holidays coming up we probably won't have an answer until next year in January. So in the mean time we will let this drop end. Once we are ready we will bring this back!

YanboWuAny update? I am pretty new to mechanical keyboards and purchased a Topre realforce keyboard from Massdrop after spending a lot of time contemplating the various cherry-based offerings. This drop was super exciting for me as a newcomer to the community (as I never purchased a custom keycap set before), but it is likewise a little disheartening given the way things ended. Maybe I should have gone novatouch...

DPDoughWoah! Don't down on your Realforce just yet! They make some quality boards! Sure, maybe you won't be able to get as many different keysets for it, but you gotta remember at the end of the day it's all about a solid keyboard and the typing experience it provides rather than the keyset c: (unless you joined this hobby for keysets only, than you should've gone Cherry LOL). Plus if you end up regretting you're decision, I know for a fact someone will buy it off you or even trade a Novatouch for it.
