helloimneilI don't think you should buy these socks. I wouldn't. That's because they're not made with wool. The reviews I've read about Coolmax are mixed, and if I'm spending the same amount regardless, I want wool.
Now, having said that, these are not a bad deal if they're what you're looking for. I believe 25% is the biggest discount Darn Tough allows on non-clearance items, so you really won't find them any cheaper.

helloimneilIf your life is spent wearing 99¢ cotton tube socks, yes it is.
OTOH, if you were to WEAR socks like these and understand how much better they are - feet don't smell, shoes/boots don't smell, then you'd realize this is a good deal and well worth buying.

helloimneilThese socks last DECADES. that is not an exaggeration. I've yet to have a pair of these show any sort of wear. I bought my first pair 5 years ago. I still wear those socks weekly.
You'll actually save money on socks in terms of total dollars spent on socks if you put the upfront investment on these. And your feet will thank you. Way more comfortable. Look better. Feet won't stink.

helloimneilI normally wear cheaper socks as well, but I think it's worth trying a pair or two to compare. My only 2 pairs of darn tough socks are 2 years old already and still going strong compared with my other socks in my drawers which needed to be replaced.
