I got my notice yesterday that my order had been canceled....... NOT COOL! 👎 I've placed a lot of orders through Massdrop and never had any issues til now. And was actually getting ready to place another, but not sure if I want to deal with this again.
Maybe I don't understand how all of this works. I thought if I order and pay for something, that means the vendor has it in stock or they are making it for me. But instead several weeks later I am told the vendor doesn't have anymore so my order is canceled. No "I'm Sorry" or "We're Sorry For The Inconvenience". How could a mistake like that happen? Is the communication between Massdrop and the vendors that poor?

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting for our vendor to confirm their inventory. We have a call scheduled tomorrow and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled next week and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.

The group's bulk order arrived earlier to our warehouse in New Jersey and many of the individual packages have already shipped back out. However, upon taking inventory of everything received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. Rest assured, we've reached back out to the vendor to resolve this hiccup and expect to have the remaining units in our warehouse shortly.
Expect another update from us on 7/15 or sooner if something comes up.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Darn Tough Scent-Lok Socks (2-Pack) and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 7/20.
