I got my notice yesterday that my order had been canceled....... NOT COOL! πŸ‘Ž I've placed a lot of orders through Massdrop and never had any issues til now. And was actually getting ready to place another, but not sure if I want to deal with this again.
Maybe I don't understand how all of this works. I thought if I order and pay for something, that means the vendor has it in stock or they are making it for me. But instead several weeks later I am told the vendor doesn't have anymore so my order is canceled. No "I'm Sorry" or "We're Sorry For The Inconvenience". How could a mistake like that happen? Is the communication between Massdrop and the vendors that poor?
