This is only my second time purchasing from Massdrop. Is there any way to know what is going on with these socks? I think for the time commitment necessary, I would have just paid full price...

I just got an apology email with explanation, a full refund, and a $5 credit.
My first purchase was flawless and shipped very fast.
I'm disappointed, but stuff happens and they've done enough to "make it right" by me.
