How bad can it get when you get scared for what you bought as "high quality American goods" to be another nightmare of refunds/replacements/ and general terrible quality control? Yeah, pretty bad. Also, Massdrop staff for crying out loud stop using DHL to ship to Europe,please! It's taking a whole month for anything to arrive, and when they do the boxes are SO beaten up it looks like they've been buried for 20 years prior!

IronSunsetscalesMine was shipped to Europe as well, still haven't received it. According to the tracking information the package has been in my country for over week, but DHL feels no need to deliver it apparently.

mickymuisI'm guessing you're either from Belgium or the Netherlands looking at your name :P And yeah same thing here, good old customs are 'giving an excuse' to charge the 15 euro for the tiny paper they include...
