One time use, unless you are ridicoulsly careful taking then off, but I have never heard of that being done before

When I had my Nexus 6P replaced, I was able to remove mine from the old 6P and move it to the replacement 6P without ruining it but you have to reattach it in a day or two, can't stick it somewhere and then reattach it after a month.
