What the heck is happening to MD? This copy wouldn't pass the scrutiny of my 12 year old. They are deteriorating at a distressing rate.
"De Atramentis Standard Inks are formulated specifically for fountain pens and come in a wide range of seventy-two classic colors and bright hues. Color options are very limited."
I think they mean drop offerings are limited. I don't usually give away my work, but in this case, it should have said: "Although De Atramentis standard ink comes in seventy-two colors, options for this Drop are very limited."
You're welcome.
MooDangYou really found my comment that hard to understand? Obviously, if I edited it for clarity, I understood it.
It was poorly written, and you have a reading comprehension issue.
AxelSgWhat MD wrote may be readable, but @Jacobus57 made it much easier to understand. Thanks for pointing it out @Jacobus57 , but since MD still didn’t bother to change it, I guess they just don’t give a damn.
Jacobus57I still don't understand what MD means because immediately after the sentence about limited options they state that you can choose from the whole 72-color range. I think what they are trying to say that the options are limited to the number of options that exist, and that options that don't exist don't exist.
BraxfieldWhat they mean is that the number of available bottles per color is very limited. Hence "color options are very limited". Granted, not the clearest way to put it, but not that baffling either.
There are 72 colors to choose from, I'd bet there are only a few bottles available for most of the colors.
