i am confused.
In an update 4 days ago, you guys said that the item was backordered by the vendor. You guys canceled my order, and refunded me, and added a $10 coupon to my account. I have yet to see the refund or seen anything else about a $10 coupon.
And now today I see that my order has a tracking number. So the binders were not backordered? And that my order was not canceled?
