Why does the description state 330 meters while the back of the watch reads 300 meters or 1,000 feet, but 300 meters is 984 feet... so how deep can this watch REALLY go...?

DirtyDZ1An atmosphere is 33 feet. So it is actually 330 feet as stated in the description. BTW, that's deeper than you can dive.

MassdudeI have been a commercial diver for over 10 years... I'm aware of an atmosphere and have personally done a working dive to 285 feet and know many people that have been much deeper than 330 feet...

MassdudeYou obviously didn't read my question in the first place OR look at the watch... it says "300 meters/1,000 feet" on the face... neither of which is 10 atmospheres OR 330 feet...

DirtyDZ1You obviously replied to the wrong person or didn't read/understand my reply to the person that replied to you. My statement meant that most (probably 99% ) of the people that buy these watches will never even wear them in a pool let alone dive in them. Also, as a commercial diver or any diver probably should be using a dive computer, not relying on a $300 watch to time their dives.

DirtyDZ1Also, you sound a little upset about a comment written in jest over 3 months ago. Lighten up dude life's too short to let comments on Massdrop twist your tidy whities in a knot.

Omegaman68I don't follow this site... I just saw your comment which was 11 weeks ago, (not over 3 months^^) your math when it comes to depth or time is obviously flawed... talk shit to someone that doesn't know any better...
You stated " An atmosphere is 33 feet. So it is actually 330 feet as stated in the description. BTW, that's deeper than you can dive."...
As my initial comment says...
"Why does the description state 330 meters while the back of the watch reads 300 meters or 1,000 feet, but 300 meters is 984 feet... so how deep can this watch REALLY go...?"
Nowhere does your 330 feet make sense... or your assumption that somewhere it said 10 atmospheres... so when you try to talk like you know... imagine you're talking to someone like me that lives the life...

Omegaman68Also... commercial divers don't wear watches... "real" divers wearing any type of watch is a bullshit story made up by watch makers...
