Has anyone else had problems using this watch for what it's intended for? I took my 300m watch on vacation to use for my open water dive certification. The first day was two dives to a maximum depth of 15m. When I returned to the hotel I noticed that there was moisture on the inside surface of the crystal. In addition, the watch was now gaining 4.7 seconds every minute. This watch is basically useless for diving since I can not rely on a watch that gaines 5 minutes every hour.

DtklingI have not had any issues. Without knowing specifics, I would ask are you sure you had both both screw in crowns (watch winder and helium release) tightened down before submersion?
Secondly, never wear a watch in a hot tub or lengthy shower (hot water) and then submerge in cold water. This can cause condensation.
If all these things don't apply, you may have a leak around the crystal or bezel. This should be covered under warranty if within one year of purchase.

DtklingThat really sucks! I just bought the deep blue from the fathers day sale and I had this ding on it. It's the blue dial..have contacted the folks there, it's been 4 days no response. 😑

Joelf15I recommend calling them directly. Their email responses are horrid but they are very nice on the phone and very helpful. It's a small company so they only have like two people doing most of the front end work.

Goodcents Well I had called them and they didn't answer, the other time I was brushed off saying they were busy. Finally after many attempts they were willing to refund some of the money. They refunded 30$ for the "inconvenience". Few days later I took the watch to the pool it developed condensation! Called them they blamed me for leaving the crowns open! Sure! They were giving me crap about how everything was quality tested and stuff...oh well.. After all they wanted me to ship the watch back with insurance roughly about 60$.. It was stupid doing that...I followed some advice on the forum and for rid of the condensation...but the customer service sucked big time...last time I took that watch into a pool...never mind diving.. Here is a pic I dug to from last summer
