I have just received my premium memory foam earpads for my Audio Technica Ath-m50x and my first impressions of the earpads are good.
They are softer and deeper than the stock ear pads which makes them really comfortable to wear over long periods of time. Aesthetically, they look kinda ok on my dark green limited edition m50x. It would have been nice if Dekoni decides to make ear pads that match the colour of all of the limited editions of the m50X.
I don't really notice any major differences of the sound quality when using these ear pads. The bass still has a strong tight presence and the mids sounded the same as when using the stock ear pads.
One minor difference that I can hear is that my m50x sounded a bit more spacious with these ear pads (this could be due to the fact that the ear pads are deeper meaning more air will present between the drivers and my ears). Another minor difference is that the highs sounded a bit more laid back (a bit less harsh).
Please do take my opinion of the sound quality of my m50x with the premium memory foam ear pads with a grain of salt as I am still new to the audiophile world and my music taste may affect my judgement of the sound quality of my m50x (I listen to mostly video game soundtracks, jazz music, pop music, classical music , rock music, electronic music and many more). Hopefully, this will help those who are planning to buy these for their m50x.

SlyVectionWould you say, since there was not a tangible sound improvement, that the comfort is worth the money?

GambLYes, it is definitely worth the money considering that I like the original sound signature of my m50X and the comfort of my m50x with the original earpads isn't good since I wear glasses and my ears will be in pain after a few hours of usage.

GambLWell generally, since the memory foam from these will give a better seal than stock earpads, you'll see an increase in bass and isolation. Once you consider that in hand with the comfort, then it's definitely worth it.
